In this two-day program, participants will explore selected topics that every med-surg nurse should know.

  • Use a five-step approach to examine cardiac rhythm strips.
  • Evaluate assessment and monitoring principles in acute respiratory failure.
  • Plan care for patients suffering cardiopulmonary arrest.
  • Examine issues pertinent to end-of-life care.
