Pre-event planning:
Prior to the event, David will send you a questionnaire about your institution and its needs. Together you will formulate a title for your event and decide on appropriate content. You will be asked to provide the names of four attendees who agree to be contacted before the event for clarification of specific needs.

Room set-up and technologies:
David is a master at working a room, any room. Regardless of the physical constraints of your meeting room, solutions can be found to address any issues. Equipment needs can be arranged ahead of time, although it is typical for the meeting planner to provide a screen, podium, and access to a public-address system. If these are a problem, don’t worry - arrangements can be made.

An engaging event:
Your nurses will be engaged from the opening line, until the final thoughts. David’s 10 Strategies and 101 Tips will keep your nurses focused on how to help individual patients. Case studies, scenarios, and interactive group work help your nurses to stay focused and really drive home the message.

After the event:
Keep the energy flowing! Articles for your newsletter, tips for your communication board, clinical updates and more can be arranged to keep the energy flowing and make sure that the intended changes occur.
